Claim Timelines
All industrial claims must be initiated within 7 business days of delivery. For manufacturing defects, the window extends to 30 days.
Condition for Returns
Products must be in their original industrial packaging, uninstalled, and free from site damage (scratches, cement residue, or structural modification).

Restocking Fees & Logistics
As a bulk distributor, managing returned inventory incurs significant handling and logistics costs. We maintain a transparent fee structure to support our infrastructure operations.

The Refund Process
Request Authorization
Contact your Account Manager to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Inspection
Once items reach our Denpasar warehouse, they undergo a 48-hour technical inspection.
Credit Issuance
Approved refunds are processed via original payment method or credit note within 5-10 business days.
Technical Inspection Protocol
For large-scale infrastructure projects, we understand that errors happen. However, to maintain the safety ratings of our PVC stock, every returned fitting and pipe length is tested for structural integrity. Any item failing our "Zero Tolerance" safety check will be rejected for return and returned to the buyer at their expense.
