01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by Manggala Jaya Abadi (trading as BALI PVC), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity, and Manggala Jaya Abadi concerning your access to and use of our industrial distribution portal.

02 User Conduct

Users are expected to maintain professional standards when interacting with our wholesale portal. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:

• block Attempting to bypass security protocols or gain unauthorized server access.
• block Providing fraudulent technical specifications or tax identification data.
• block Scraping product pricing data for the purpose of competitive industrial espionage.
• block Interfering with the systematic delivery of logistics updates to other contractors.

03 Intellectual Property

The content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and technical blueprints, is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You are granted a limited license to access the site for wholesale procurement purposes only. Any reproduction or distribution of technical assets without express written consent is strictly prohibited.

04 Limitation of Liability

Manggala Jaya Abadi provides infrastructure materials "as is." We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products in large-scale infrastructure projects.

05 Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Manggala Jaya Abadi and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Denpasar, Bali shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
